How Kalki handles data on this website (getkalki.com) — what we collect, the cookies we use, and how you stay in control.

The short version

This marketing site collects as little as possible. No cookies are set until you accept — accept, and Google Analytics switches on with cookies. If you decline or ignore the banner, we still measure traffic in an anonymous, cookieless way (no cookies, nothing that identifies you), used only in aggregate. You can change your mind any time.

What we collect

  • Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to see what’s useful — pages viewed, approximate location (country/city, from a truncated IP), device and referrer. If you accept, this uses cookies to recognise return visits. If you don’t, Google Consent Mode keeps it cookieless — anonymous pings used only for aggregate modelling, with nothing that identifies you. IPs are anonymised either way.
  • Details you submit. If you fill in the Partners or Careers form, we receive what you enter (e.g. name, email, company, message, and any résumé). We use it only to respond and to evaluate the enquiry or application.
  • Total-visit counts (no cookies). We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first tool that measures overall traffic — page views, referrers, country, device — without cookies and without anything that identifies you. Because it stores nothing on your device, it needs no consent and runs for everyone.
  • Server logs. Like any website, our hosting/CDN processes basic request data (IP, timestamp, user-agent) transiently to serve pages and guard against abuse.

We use Google’s Consent Mode (advanced): until you opt in, analytics and advertising storage are set to denied, so no such cookies are written — though anonymous, cookieless measurement pings (no identifiers) may still be sent for aggregate modelling.

Your choices

  • At the banner. Accept, Reject, or open Manage to choose per category.
  • Any time. Reopen the chooser here:
  • In your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works.
  • Google Analytics opt-out. Google’s browser add-on disables GA across all sites.

Sharing, retention & your rights

We don’t sell your data. Analytics data is processed by Google as our provider; form submissions are stored in our systems and notified to our team. We keep enquiry/application data only as long as needed for that purpose. You can ask us to access or delete your data — just email us.
